You can track exactly how each card is used for phone calls, ATM withdrawals, VRU calls to register Comcheks, debit transactions at the point of sale and much more! Reports for Comcheks issued to your trucking company are also provided.

4. Factor On A Broker-By-Broker Basis
FreightCheck factors on a broker-by-broker basis, so there is no need to factor every broker account. Once you start factoring freight bills with us for a certain broker, you must continue factoring any loads you move for that broker in the future until you notify us that you would like to begin billing that broker yourself. That allows you to choose which broker accounts to factor and frees you to invoice other brokers on your own. When you want to factor a freight bill, simply complete our simple online application by logging into the Account Management Center, which also provides accurate credit information on thousands of the most popular freight brokers.

5. No Minimum Monthly Dollar Amount Required
Factor $2,000 or $200,00 per month. We have no minimum or maximum monthly volume requirements. Other factoring companies require a financial commitment for the amount of freight bills you factor each month. And if your company does not meet its monthly volume, the factoring company will charge you penalties. FreightCheck does not work that way!

6. FreightCheck Works for You by Acting as Your Back Office
Our highly skilled team provides full administrative support - including credit management, invoicing, collections, account reporting, expense reporting, fuel card management and much more!

7. No Annual Term Factoring Contract Required
Other factoring companies require you to sign a restrictive contract that ranges from 6 months to 1 year or longer. And they require you factor with them during that entire time. If you stop using that factoring company before the contract expires, your company is required to pay the fees you would have paid for the remaining months.

8. No Reserve Account Required
With FreightCheck, you get paid in full minus our fee the day we receive your freight bills. Other factoring companies holdback 10 to 15 percent of your money or more for each invoice in a reserve account. That reserve amount is not immediately provided to your company. In the end, you receive part of that percentage back, depending on how long it takes the factoring company to receive payment on the invoice. That is their charge for financing and advancing you money. Ultimately, their charges can be as high as 10 percent or more.

9. Work With Quality Brokers - No Customer List Required
Customers can access our Account Management Center to search for credit information on thousands of the most popular freight brokers. Brokers in our database are listed as either Approved or Denied for factoring. If the broker is Approved, we will purchase the freight bills. If the broker is Denied, we will not purchase the freight bills. Other factoring companies usually base their financing rates in part on the quality of your accounts if they accept your business. As a result, you are initially required to produce a list of your top customers, and eventually you must provide a list of all customers.

10. No Financial Statements, Bank Records or Lengthy Contracts
Our easy-to-complete Express Application is only a few pages, whereas other factoring companies will require you to sign contracts that can be 50 pages or more. They require extensive documentation that normally includes personal financial statements, tax returns and other records. You have to complete long applications and deal with lots of paperwork. We make things simple!

11. No Debt Created
When you factor your accounts receivable with FreightCheck, it puts cash in your pocket. Factoring is not a loan or advance on credit, so there is no debt to repay. It's simply a way of receiving the money you earned more quickly. Bank loans can be difficult to get and require collateral that is limited by your assets, and using credit cards can be dangerous and costly.

12. No Loss of Business Equity
Equity and business ownership percentages do not need to change when you use FreightCheck. Factoring can eliminate the need of bringing in a new partner with operating capital.

13. No Recourse for Loads that Meet Funding Standards
There is no charge back if we don't get paid for an invoice that meets our funding criteria. You will never get this commitment from any other factoring company. We assume liability for the freight bills we purchase. Other factoring companies will charge back the full amount of an invoice and automatically take the money from your reserve account if they do not get paid in as little as 45 days. Certain restrictions apply. Misdirected payments, shortages, damages, late fees, advances, claims and changes in rate could affect the settlement process.
